Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Data Scientist to enhance our analytics capabilities, driving actionable insights and spearheading advanced predictive modeling. As a pivotal member of our data science team, you will focus on extracting valuable business insights from complex datasets, developing sophisticated machine learning models to predict market demand, and advancing our business intelligence infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to predict trends and demand, enhancing business decisions and operational efficiency.
● Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL and Python; transform raw data into actionable business insights.
● Develop and maintain robust ETL processes with tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, and Snowflake to ensure seamless data availability and integrity.

● Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI to create dynamic reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights across the company.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs, implement new data strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
● Present complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, tailoring communication to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
● Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of professional experience in a data science role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
● Proficient in SQL and Python, with a proven track record of leveraging these tools for complex data analysis and model building.
● Expertise in ETL tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, or Snowflake.
● Strong skills in business intelligence platforms like Tableau and PowerBI
to drive decision-making.
● Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with conversational proficiency in
Mandarin.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
