The mission: A Leader who has the knowledge and experience to successfully complete projects while maintaining professionalism, morale, and chemistry and wants to grow while helping others grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-plan for material orders, plan the layout, prefab, and be prepared with the necessary manpower, tools, and equipment for the next two weeks.

• Maintain safety guidelines and client SOPs, morale of the team, and schedule, lead by example, be professional, supportive, and communicative, and be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying potential delays or issues that could impact the project timeline.

• Must communicate with their team and vendors, coordinate with other subcontractors and the general contractor, attend meetings, and be proactive in identifying potential issues

• Must be proficient in managing change orders, problem-solving, documenting progress and delays, and ensuring that the project stays on track

• Knows the scope, acts professionally, and takes ownership.This means helping team members grow, fulfilling your role's duties and expectations, being respectful and businesslike, and ensuring project success.

OUTCOME: (Role not limited to these key responsibilities)

• Execute the plan to successfully complete the project on time, per blueprints and specs and staying under budget.

• Accomplish team growth, morale and collaboration by utilizing strong leadership and continuing to grow as a leader in the trade and as a person.

• By delivering quality work, we can ensure a successful client relationship for future projects which enables the company to succeed.

• Complete toolbox talks regularly and be mindful of safety practices to ensure that everyone goes home safely.

• Commit to policy and procedure compliance, while maintaining open communication with the team through daily logs and two week lookaheads

COMPETENCIES:

• Be able to read and comprehend blueprints, specs and contract documents, have a solid knowledge of electrical code, and plan your projects efficiently and effectively. Have adequate Monetary project size experience.

• Be self-driven, have strong leadership skills, demonstrate professionalism, and communicate effectively with your team and clients.

• Be able to operate standard Electrical Trade equipment and tools, have a good knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, and be tech savvy enough to use company used software. Be able to receive constructive criticism, be ambitious in pursuing your vision, be an optimizer who makes the best use of your resources, and be teachable to learn from your mistakes and successes.

• Be a decision maker who can choose the best course of action, be able to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome obstacles that may arise.
