Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Upland, CA. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing and retail delivery strategies across various digital and delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer loyalty, retention, and sales growth through data-driven programs, including email and SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and retail delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement segmentation and personalization strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee P&L and branding costs, ensuring market growth and maintaining a strong public image.
  • Coordinate with third-party delivery partners to guarantee a top-notch customer experience.
  • Monitor and optimize in-store delivery execution; address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with all relevant regulations.

CRM Strategy and Customer Engagement:

  • Utilize CRM software to enhance customer growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop comprehensive long-term marketing and customer engagement plans.
  • Leverage customer data to optimize marketing strategies and track performance.
  • Communicate CRM insights to implement targeted, personalized campaign strategies.

Project Management Office (PMO):

  • Develop and refine PMO policies, tools, and training programs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, from planning and resource management to execution.
  • Identify potential risks and suggest improvements to boost team efficiency.

Operations and Market Insights:

  • Collaborate on defining digital experience metrics and product direction.
  • Optimize product assortment and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

  • Promote and enhance REBEL App usage; manage digital and print advertising concepts.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
  • 3-5 years in merchandising, buying, or category management in a large-scale retail environment.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in market research, consumer insights, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Competent in managing budgets and adapting to market changes.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.

Communication and Analytical Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling marketing messages and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software for managing customer data and interactions.

  • Capable of developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experienced in managing marketing budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI.
