We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance. Groundskeeper. You must have a clean driving record and a current drivers license because you will eventually be driving and running errands after you go permanent.

This position is Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm

Pay:20.50/HR. Raise up to $24/HR ( included bonuses) after probation period

Duties:

  • Maintenance checks: Perform routine checks to identify needed repairs or updates
  • Repairs: Fix plumbing, heating, wiring, machinery, and other systems
  • Renovations: repair doors, windows, shelves, counters, floors, and more
  • Grounds maintenance: Mow, trim trees, plant flowers, shovel snow, and remove trash
  • Interior maintenance: Paint, stain, hang drywall, and assemble or relocate furniture
  • Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wash floors, walls, windows, and doors
  • Other tasks: Maintain fireplaces, perform oil changes, and cut and split wood

Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check and driving record will be pulled.

Raise up to $23/Hr and full benefits paid for after the probation period.
