Janitor

We are seeking motivated people to perform various janitorial duties for an apartment community. 

Scope of work (Subject to change)

1)     Empty waste baskets and dispose of all trash. 

2)     Vacuum and wipe down hallways and landings.

3)     Maintain toilet facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. 

4)     Sweep sidewalk outside entry area. 

5)     Pick up trash around premises. 

6)     If found, report any illegal activity to management. 

7)     If found, report any trip hazard conditions to management. 

8)     Daily routine is subject to change. (upon Bon Air Center discretion and worldwide approval) 

1)     Clean parking lot using leaf blower and sweep if necessary.

2)     Pressure wash around premises.

3)     Move garbage bins to be picked up on trash days. 

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively management. Identify areas that need to be cleaned, such as leaf blow premises, clean around garbage areas.
