Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all equipment and systems, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

-Helping with company repairs at a timely and efficient time line
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking costs
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related issues
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services
- Utilize project management skills to plan and execute facility improvement projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems
- Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and complete maintenance projects
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- Experience working with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred but not required
