Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently draft a range of litigation documents, including demands, complaints, motion work, etc.
  • Analyze cases and fact patterns to identify potential claims and causes of action.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an employment law firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using AI is a plus
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and document management.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools.
