Commissioning Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Program mobile robotics projects using a proprietary GUI and configuration language.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair mobile robotics software, firmware, and hardware.
  • Participate in design and planning of mobile robot processes and layouts for customer projects.
  • Participate in on-site Installation, testing and support of projects.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Train end-user and partner personnel.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT, electronics or technology.
  • IT certification such as CompTIA A+, CCNA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with computer programming concepts, software environments, networking and command-line interfaces on Windows and Linux.
  • Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel outside home state up to two weeks at a time.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as projects require.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
