Job Type

Provide AutoCAD drawings of Captive Aire Ventilation Products for local regional sales office. Mechanical installation & permit drawings for buildings permits for installation team in accordance to collected site info & specifications provided by product engineer group. Assist with jobsite visit as needed to get building information to lay out in ACAD. Utilize NT FaciliBuild Platforms to develop assets, work under the direction of our product team of engineers to build, quote, draw and order customized HVAC and ventilation equipment utilizing our proprietary design software system. Position will have other various tasks that will allow diversity within the position.

Requirements:

Operate computer- aided drafting (CAD) with ease.

Work with National TAB Product Engineers

Manage the complete installation permit process.

Assist with creating, managing and maintaining library suite of CAD blocks.

Ability to read blueprints.

Basic knowledge of Chapter 5 of the International Mechanical Code

Learn and utilize proprietary project and design software

Attend weekly processing meetings to provide workflow status.

Communicate with National TAB employees and product engineering team to support requirements and field technician engineers.
