Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Sales Arborist, you will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting landscapes, and identifying problems. You will be the trusted advisor for the property owner and will become an integral part of the health and safety of the environment you serve.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identifying and diagnosing tree and shrub problems.
  • Analyzing soil conditions and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Problem solving to help preserve the customer's landscape.
  • As necessary, performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
  • Upselling tree and PHC work.
  • Responding on a timely basis to customer requests.
  • Driving company vehicle to job locations

 

Qualifications

  • Certified Arborist
  • Licensed in Chemical applications and mixing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and professional outlook.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to safely operate machinery.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and weather conditions.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
