Noble Physicians Lacey clinic has an opening for a full-time Medical Receptionist. This position is key in helping our patients schedule appointments, communicate with our providers, and forward messages to other staff to help facilitate the best care for our patients.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter that will provide great customer service to our clients while answering phones, checking patients in, processing intake forms, faxes and providing admin assistance as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Warm, outgoing personality

  • Great Written and Oral Communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks within a fluid environment.

  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently as well as part of the larger team.

  • Able to work Monday – Friday (no weekends)

  • Understanding of medical billing, medical insurance benefits and terminology a plus.

  • Experienced with use of Microsoft Office Products

 

Medical Receptionist/Office Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Create a Welcoming environment by greeting patients in person or via phone.

  • Informs clients of account balances and collects copays, coinsurance, and payments towards balances.

  • Maintains business office and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level and notify supervisor when items are needed. Assist with scheduling equipment service and repairs.

  • Verifying patient information at the start of every visit and creating new patient intake files when needed. Send links for electronic registrations.

  • Performs a variety of clerical duties i.e., answer phones, faxing, uploading documents to charts.

  • Send Medical records as requested by insurance companies.

Experience:

Medical office: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
