We are seeking a PCA Caregiver to join our team We are in the midst of creating a new culture and environment not only for workers but for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and interact with residents in a safe and compassionate manner
  • Implement creative activities and provide care with ADL’s.
  • Create a positive and nurturing environment for our residents.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is a plus but not required. We will train you
  • Passionate about working with elderly.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and co workers.
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Dependable
