Administrative Specialist

Looking for highly organized administrative professional full time position Monday- Friday. We will train you. Would you like to be a part of a growing company? T-1 is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented person with the ability to resolve a high-volume of administrative issues while delivering best-in-class customer service.
At T -1 you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities;
Prepare documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards and benchmarks.
Compile and verify documents, such as invoices, titles, stipulations, and checks to substantiate business transactions.
Assists employees, vendors, clients and/or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.
Provide an exceptional customer experience through ethics, quality of work and effective orally and written communication skills.
Operating with integrity:
Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
Practice methods of time management to provide a consistent and efficient work flow.
Physical Requirements:
Work performed in an office setting.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
What T-1 will love about you:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
3+years administrative in paralegal experience or banking experience or book-keeping or auto title or real estate title
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ( or 9-6) (full-time)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
Professional communication skills.
Proficiency in basic math.
Ohio Notary is a plus
This individual will work side by side with the business owner of a growing local business. Compensation is based on actual experience.
