Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Service KLLM and FFE Drivers permit books ensuring all necessary permits and decals are present

·         Register vehicle’s in appropriate online databases

·         Assist in completing monthly and yearly permit renewals and reports

·         Assist in yearly distribution of vehicle registration

·         Manage, Issue, and track Bestpass transponder information

·         Prepare permit books for new equipment

·         Assist in transitioning permits as trucks are moved between companies

·         Enter and maintain equipment information in AS400 system

 

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

·         High School diploma or G.E.D. required

·         One year experience in secretarial and clerical work

·         Working knowledge of data processing and permitting procedures.

·         1 year similar previous work experience preferred.

·         Good phone, computer, and communication skills.

·         Good problem solving skills

·          Must be detail oriented and good with following-up on unfinished tasks.

·          Basic personal computer or host terminal skills necessary.

·          Operate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
