Ozoned Studio Med Spa (OSMS) is looking for a full time Client Concierge at our Lakeview Location

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities, Duties, and Expectations (include but not limited too):

• Responsible for greeting and creating a warm and friendly environment upon client check-in
• Creating client charts on our electronic medical record (EMR) platform and assisting clients with consent forms upon arrival.
• Scheduling appointments by EMR, phone, and in person
• Handling cash drawer
• Assisting medical providers in rooms
• Making sure all rooms are properly set up for the day
• Cleaning rooms before and after procedures are finished
• General cleaning of facilities
• Learning all procedures and skin care products OSMS has to offer
• Maintaining a professional persona at all times.
• Comfortable having an online presence for marketing and lifestyle photos.

Qualifications:

• Background in skincare, medical aesthetics or dermatology preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and a gregarious, bubbly personality
• Ability to work as part of a team, and independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building client relationships strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills a PLUS
• Marketing experience a PLUS
• Pharmacy experience a PLUS

Pay: From $14.00 per hour- $18 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:30a-5:15p
• Optional overtime available
• Optional Weekends as needed
