We are seeking a Server/Barista who is passionate, attentive, and skillful. As a Server/Barista, you will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving orders in an All You Can Eat setting, preparing hand-crafted boba tea beverages, and handling customer transactions.

Duties:
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.

-Maintain complete knowledge of food and drink menus, and able to describe said products when asked to.

-Able to complete opening/closing side duties in a timely manner, such as preparation of boba toppings stations and dining area stocking.

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as boba tea, hot tea, coffee, sodas and more.

- Provide exceptional customer service by preserving a welcoming dining environment and by being quick and attentive to customer needs.

- Pick up and deliver orders from the kitchen to the customer tables.

- Able to anticipate problems ahead of time and work out solutions.

- Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organization of the tea bar area.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

License/Certification:

- SNHD Food Handlers certification (Preferred)

Pay:

- $12.00 per hour
