We are seeking a Full-time NOC RN Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team of professionals

In this role as a RN Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Provides, plans, coordinates or manages nursing services and health education to residents acquiring complex care
  • Direct supervision of CNA staff
  • Provide medication according to individual residents and abilities
  • Supervise and monitor all resident care in the facility on specific shift
  • Assure the nursing care is in compliance with federal requirements, state regulations, and facility policy and procedures
  • Assists in monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining the facilities programs, assuring that each resident receives appropriate services designated to meet individual needs
  • Replace call-offs as necessary for the next shift and re-assigns staff for designated shifts as needed

* NOC shift: 10:00pm-6:30am with a $1.50 shift differential pay

The ideal candidate will have skilled nursing experience, sub-acute care, and complex skilled care background. Supervisory experience is appreciated. Must be a team player and strong leadership skills are required.

Qualified applicants need to have a current state RN license. Current CPR certification. Experience with PCC is a plus.
