Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in APARTMENTS AND MULTI FAMILY HOUSING. New construction and existing properties.

- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

 

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to build ductwork systems for proper airflow
- Proficiency in equipment repair
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installations and repairs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service
