Role Description:

We are seeking multiple candidates to become Full-Time Tradesmen (specifically skilled carpenters, drywall/painters, and helpers) in Cranberry Township, PA. As a Full-Time Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks in your field related to disaster recovery, such as water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and vandalism repairs. You will work with a team to assess damages, provide efficient and effective solutions, and restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, or similar field is preferred, but we are willing to train those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and guidelines
• Ability to supply and operate the tools of your trade
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Certifications in restoration or related fields (e.g., IICRC certification) is a plus
