Landscape Foreman

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of two of the following requirements: 6 months of landscape experience, 6 months of hardscape experience, or 6 months of skid steer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of landscape and hardscape projects.
• Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, including planting, mulching, sodding, and installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate skid steer and other heavy equipment to assist with project tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices at all times.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project budgets, materials, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of landscape experience
  • 6 months of hardscape experience
  • 6 months of skid steer experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
