Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Extensive knowledge and understanding of the manufactured products including laundry & foodservice equipment: washers, dryers, cooking, refrigeration, and dish-washing equipment

· Input all information related to the warranty call in our system.

· Ship or request to ship necessary parts to take care of the warranty failure.

· Follow up open calls until issues have been resolved.

· Update information for parts used under warranty in our system.

· Customer service related to parts identification (using parts breakdowns), inventory availability and estimated delivery times.

· Handle parts warranty orders in coordination with our service team

· Place purchase orders to our factories (suppliers) and follow up with them if parts are not in stock.

· Provide proper instructions to the warehouse for proper receiving and shipping of parts.

· Arrange logistics for parts shipments.

· Maintain knowledge of inventory levels, pricing, and product information

· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

· 1+ years previous experience in a parts department position; preferably in a commercial laundry equipment

· Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.

· Above average customer service and communication skills for both written and verbal

· Bilingual preferred (English as primary, Spanish as secondary language).

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
