About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud applications for our organization. You will lead a team of professionals through the entire project lifecycle, from planning and configuration to testing and deployment. You will also work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the ERP system aligns with specific needs and helps achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program/project plans for Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud implementations, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct thorough system configuration and customization to meet the specific needs of the pharma/biotech industry.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Manage change requests and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud applications.
- Monitor and report on project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay up to date on the latest Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project management, with 5 years exp. in pharma/biotech industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
