Operations Supervisor

Join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health as an Operations Supervisor and be a crucial part of our residents' care journey. In this role, you'll provide leadership and oversight to support the Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential program. You'll also work closely with the program manager to oversee residents' care, programming, activities, and other services to meet their physical and emotional needs.
We have two exciting openings with varied schedules to fit different lifestyles:
- Shift 1: Work from 12 PM to 8 PM, perfect for those who thrive in the afternoon and evening hours.
- Shift 2: Enjoy a dynamic mix of shifts:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 5 AM to 1:30 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Supervisory Duties:
- Assist in overseeing staff and maintaining staffing levels.
- Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed.
- Be available for on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Participate in onboarding new staff.
- Conduct introductory and annual evaluations.
- Ensure residents attend group sessions.
- Oversee and ensure completion of resident rounds, providing training on rounding.
- Ensure medication protocols are followed and action plans are created when necessary.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to staff.
- Safely drive residents to appointments and activities in corporate service vehicles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Comfortable providing feedback and holding the team accountable.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- CPR Certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
