Family Law Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and strategy planning to support client cases.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal team members to develop comprehensive case strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear updates on case progress and guiding them through key decision points.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions, advocating for their best interests effectively.
- Assist in case management activities, including discovery organization, document review, and file maintenance.
Administrative/Team/Financial Tasks:
- Foster a collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with billing personnel to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for client matters.
- Monitor case-related expenses and adhere to billing and budgetary guidelines to ensure efficient financial management.
Marketing Tasks:
- Contribute to firm marketing efforts by attending networking events, client seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and content for social media platforms to enhance the firm's online presence.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney in family law or related practice areas.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience with legal research databases and case management software.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
