Job Description:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our team and assist in scheduling meetings for our team of Public Adjusters. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our adjusters to meet with property owners and discuss their insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize resources to prospect for new clients.
  • Make outbound calls to engage potential clients and qualify them based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Canvass Residential and Commercial properties that we have identified as potential areas of opportunity.
  • Set appointments for our Public Adjusters to meet with property owners.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum attendance at scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments meet client needs and expectations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Persistent and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or public adjusting is beneficial but not required.
