Local sugar refinery looking for material handlers in Lackawanna, NY

3rd shift available - 12 hour shifts

Pay varies based on experience - up to $20/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have previous forklift experience - minimum 1 year required.

-Experience with material handling and machine operation preferred

-Must have high level of attention to detail

-Must be able to perform physical labor as needed per job requirements

-Must be reliable

JOB DUTIES:

-Run machinery to load and fill large bags of sugar, up to 2000lbs

-Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store product

-Document weights, lot numbers, dates, etc

-Follow SOPs and GMPs as required per quality department

-Operate other equipment as needed
