Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Courteously answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Database Management: Maintain and update our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail.

Problem Solving: Research and track customer concerns, ensuring they are addressed effectively and efficiently.

Contract Management: Oversee and manage carrier contracts to ensure compliance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Event Support: Assist the Sales team during product presentations and customer appreciation events.

Organization & Efficiency: Streamline product and agent information for easy access and seamless operations.

Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational seminars and training programs.

Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Google Drive for efficient workflow management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Health Insurance License: Possessing a WI State Health Insurance License is preferred, but not required. We support candidates willing to obtain licensure.

Tech Savvy: Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks and responsibilities.
