Senior Agency Advisor

Our client, a highly recognized and rapidly expanding title insurance company, is seeking a Senior Agency Advisor in the Philadelphia area to assist them on their mission to grow their Pennsylvania operation.
The Agency Advisor will provide unparalleled service to their high potential/high producing agents in the state, and will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and closing growth opportunities within their assigned geography.
This key member of the team will be expected to be on the road 80% of the time fostering relationships, increasing policy submission, generating new business, and participating in industry events to further establish the companys presence in Pennsylvania. The company firmly recognizes the value an Agency Advisor will bring to the team, and as such offers an unmatched commission structure.
Offering a competitive commission structure(base salary, floor guaranty for first year, sign-on bonus based on book of business) as well as top benefits (401k matching up to 6%, flexible work schedule, flexible PTO, monthly car allowance).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate agent needs and provide a high level of service/training to increase policy submission to the company.
- Determine appropriate sales/service plans for each identified agent.
- Monitor and assess business of assigned accounts to ensure revenue growth.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon other company resources to assist in execution of sales.
- Work with and maintain an open dialog with Compliance Representatives and in- house Agency Advisors who are involved with identified accounts.
- Meet established sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
- Identify and gather information with regard to high quality, high potential conveyancing prospects and work with State Manager to convert these potential new accounts into policy producing agents.
- Develop and deliver sales/service training presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have valid driver's license and be willing to be "on the road" 80% of time.
- Experience with business development and account management in the Title Insurance industry.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with agents, real estate attorneys, and paralegals.
