Caregiver/ PCA

Citadel Home Care is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/ PCA to join our team. As a Caregiver/ PCA with Citadel Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, administering medication, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping duties, and providing companionship. • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or PCA preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
