Job Purpose
As a Mystery Shopper, your role is to anonymously visit assigned locations, interact with staff, make observations, and assess the overall customer experience. By following predefined evaluation criteria, you will provide valuable feedback and insights to help our clients enhance service quality, identify areas for improvement, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English only).
Job Description
· Calls assigned locations and make purchases/arrangements according to provided scenario guidelines.
· Observe and evaluate the customer service provided by the individual on the other end.
· Assess the quality of service provided.
· Provide detailed feedback on the overall experience.
· Submit reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Must be BILINGUAL (Spanish and English ONLY)
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Attentive to detail.
· Ability to conduct duties discreetly and impartially.
· Outstanding memorization abilities.
· Organized, flexible disposition.

Working Environment: Can be performed remotely.
Employment type: Contract only (short term 2 week assignment)
