Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Survey CAD Technician position in our Nashville, TN office.

Work as part of a team in all facets of Land Surveying including land development, municipal and related projects.

Duties

  • Develop CAD drawings for Boundary, Topographical, & Subdivision projects.
  • Review and understand construction drawing sets for stakeout work.
  • Interpretation of notes and redlines.
  • Manipulation of CADD models
  • Adherence to Company and/or Client drawing standards
  • Interpersonal skills (strong communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization)
  • Ensuring document quality, consistency, and production efficiency.

Requirements

  • CAD/Drafting related Certificate Program or associate degree in design technology a plus.
  • 1 to 3 years of drafting experience.
  • Experience with Autodesk, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.
  • 3D Modeling experience a plus.
  • Trimble Business Center experience a plus.
