Amallow is seeking a new Natural Skincare Manufacturing Assistant Team Member to help our small batch skincare manufacturing warehouse run smoothly.

 

Duties will include manufacturing natural skincare products from start to finish. This involves measuring out ingredients for batches, running an industrial mixer, filling product into jars/tubes/tins. Other responsibilities include running a label machine to label jars, packing and shipping out orders to customers, and tracking inventory of supplies, and assisting with other tasks as necessary.

The ideal individual will have an excellent work ethic, pleasant personality, strong ability to listen and take direction, and excellent ability to pay attention to detail and achieve accuracy. This position starts ASAP. This position is part time and flexible from a minimum of 20 hours a week up to 40 hours a week.

Hours worked will vary from 4 - 8 hours per weekday, between 8 am - 5 pm.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive attitude about being a contributing member of a cooperative team.
  • Availability in the range of 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays, flexible times within those hours.
  • Ability to work approximately 20-40 hours per week, varying amounts per day as tasks dictate.
  • Mature, responsible, reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and spend time working on your feet doing physical tasks.
  • Prior experience with shipping packages a plus.
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, such as labeling and filling hundreds of jars in one shift.
  • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy – measurements must always be precise.
  • Driven for excellence at work.
  • Versatile, humble, and willing to do a variety of tasks.
  • Must be a good communicator, and not afraid to ask questions and receive guidance.
  • No specific educational requirements for this position.
  • Ability to work on site at our Cincinnati manufacturing warehouse.

  • Individual must be okay with getting messy on the job as the manufacturing process can get a little messy working with tallow and oils.

We manufacture our line of natural tallow based body care products at our warehouse in Cincinnati. As a rapidly growing skincare brand, we are helping lead the tallow based skincare movement and revolutionize the care a brand can provide and the confidence our customers create when using our products. Our products are sold online through our company website as well as Amazon and internationally.

 

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00-$18 per hour (raises based on performance)

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Location: Blue Ash, Cincinnati
