We are hiring a litigation attorney with 5+ years' experience. Insurance law and federal court experience are preferred. The right candidate must be able to solve problems; meet performance standards by skillfully litigating cases to recover money for our clients; provide clients with confidence by being a good attorney and a good communicator and counselor; and work well as part of team that has defined processes and expectations. The successful candidate must also be able to efficiently manage a caseload of 80 - 100 litigated cases and coordinate and lead two assistants. Compensation is competitive and partially incentive based upon performance. Candidate must be licensed in and Texas.
