- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printers, presses, and other machinery
- Set up printing jobs according to specifications, including selecting and mixing inks, loading paper or other materials, and adjusting settings
- Monitor printing process to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to keep it in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the printing process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
SKILLS
- Proficient in operating various types of printing equipment, including printers, presses, and other machinery
- Knowledge of different printing techniques, such as screen printing or digital printing
- Familiarity with typography and color management principles
- Ability to perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and consistent prints
- Experience with graphic design software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the printing process
- Forklift certification is a plus
