Job Title: Assembler
Hours: 6am - 4:30 pm (Mon-Thur, 4/10 schedule)
Location: Anaheim, CA
SUMMARY
Working from manufacturing documents, engineering documentation and verbal or written instructions, performs semi-repetitive assembly, test and calibration of electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatic assemblies and subassemblies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Assemble and test or calibrate components, subassemblies and units from product drawings and manufacturing assembly documents.
· Meet assigned schedules routinely by meeting or beating company labor standards with limited defects.
· Train and become proficient on all SOP’s and production work stations.
· Read and understand manufacturing required documents and record necessary data on documents associated with the work performed. Understand both written and verbal instructions.
· Utilize a variety of hand tools, test instruments (such as oscilloscopes, flow tubes, pressure gauges) and product calibration stations in an effective and efficient manner.
· Trained in multiple areas of production, allowing for movement between departments, as required.
· Reviews own work on completeness to quality standards.
· Maintains safe working environment.
· Procure kit shortages when needed
