Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow HiringClimate controlled facility, weekly pay, and hiring multiple shifts Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Normal, IL is hiring Industrial warehouse cleaners. With safety as our guiding principle, we perform critical process cleaning for our clients. Team Members will be performing numerous cleaning tasks in the Paint Shop.Team Member Requirements:
  • Ability to walk 3-10 miles daily
  • Bending / Squatting
  • Walking up & downstairs
  • Working on your hands & knees
  • Standing on feet for 9+ hours, push, pull and bend throughout the shift
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • MUST wear steel toe shoes - Bump caps and safety glasses are provided.
  • MUST be able to work in a warm/hot environment in the paint department.
  • Team Member will be required to be at work on time and work their full shift each night. The
Team Member Responsibilities include:
  • Robot Cover Change
  • Booth Grate Change
  • Walls & Windows
  • Sweeping & Mopping
  • Filter Changes
  • Assembling Filters (Dry X)
  • Cleaning Internal & External of the Paint Booths with chemical
  • Cleaning in Phosphate ED
  • Cleaning in Sealer
  • Cleaning inside of Ovens
  • Cleaning the Underbooth Sections
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Must be able to work in warm environment
Shifts:Must be available to work weekends, will have 2 scheduled days off during weekdays
  • 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
  • 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay:
  • Weekly pay
  • $18.00 per hour
