Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Salary range 55k to 65K. 5 days On-Site work during training process, after training can be hybrid 1 to 2 days.
Responsibilities:
- EOM account analysis and account reconciliations.
- EOM expense accruals
- Handling of Bank reconciliations each month.
- Maintain T&E accruals and T&E uploads from Concur to financial system each month.
- Maintain prepaid schedules in system
- Process and maintain payroll uploads to the GL from ADP and monthly P/R accruals.
- Sales tax preparation for 3rd party processing.
- Oversee AP process in conjunction with a 3rd party processor (Concur) to make sure all uploads are accurate.
- Work with auditors to gather and provide requested information
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools with strong spreadsheet skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using SAP Concur is a plus
