We are seeking an Administration Specialist to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Dispatching assistance and Billing of jobs completed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents for billing and proposals
  • Plan and schedule services as needed.
  • Take notes on jobs completed
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Process invoices via company required portals
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • One night a week on call and one weekend a month on call

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
