Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Administration Specialist to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Dispatching assistance and Billing of jobs completed.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents for billing and proposals
- Plan and schedule services as needed.
- Take notes on jobs completed
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Process invoices via company required portals
- Perform all other office tasks
- One night a week on call and one weekend a month on call
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
