SOAR Facilitators are Part-time, As-needed, Year-round. We train you and provide all the necessary gear. This is a great opportunity to work in and around your current job while adding to what you're already doing well.
You will be trained to be a Team Building, Leadership Development & Ropes Course Facilitator. You will learn how to guide activities that will assist others in the areas of team building and leadership development. SOAR provides programs for Schools, Universities, Adult and Youth Leadership groups, Churches, Corporations, Sports Teams and other organizations. The SOAR Facilitators include all walks of life bringing their individuality, creating our powerful team
We are looking for Applicants that are caring and people-focused individuals who have the desire to connect with each group to make a difference every time

Through this series of activities, groups attending SOAR programs are challenged to accomplish tasks through creative problem-solving, trust building, effective communication and most importantly, teamwork.
