IT Technician

We are seeking an IT Location Manager to join our team You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of Level 1 Technician(s).
• Report back to the head of IT & collaborate on projects for that location
• Manage user accounts
• Manage all aspects of the networking platform
• Troubleshoot network & system issues
• Monitor active network infrastructure
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Inventory devices used for day to day instructional or organizational use.

​Qualifications:

• Team management experience
• Display strong leadership skills & motivational skills
• Previous education as a network or systems administrator
• Comptia A+ Certification preferred
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Must pass Level 2 background check
