TEMP POSITION
Operates production equipment for assigned department. Meets daily production goals. Cleans work area and assigned plant area at the end of the shift. Wears requires PPE and follows all safety procedures/policies. Must be able to work safely with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED:
- Warehouse Experience (scanning, loading, palletizer)
- Forklift
- Works safely and follows all safety procedures and requirements including lock out tag out (LOTO), PPE, Fall protection, Auger safety, confined space and housekeeping
- Must be pass background
- Sitting, standing, walking, able to work in tight spaces, climbing stairs/ladders
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Visual acuity
- Able to work in hot/cold/dusty environment
- Beating/poking bins/digging out dies
- Not afraid of working heights greater than 5 feet
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer and math skills a must
- Sense of urgency
- Overtime/weekends – required per business needs
- Completes miscellaneous assignments from management
- Assigned work tools – PPE, radio, and flashlight
PREFERRED:
- 2+ years production/manufacturing experience
- High school diploma
