Responsibilities:
- Contact Company-generated leads
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend tailored solutions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and changes in regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Coach-able and willing to learn from experienced team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
