Early Childhood Connections enriches the lchildren's lives by working with the adults who affect them, including parents, caregivers, educators, and more. Working with ECC is very rewarding We are currently hiring a full-timely Support Specialist to join our team.

Specialized Functions

  • Coordinate outreach services to parents and caregivers within the region to support early childhood practices and create awareness of ECC services.
  • Coordinate supplemental support for parents and caregivers to enhance family stability through referrals and service navigation.
  • Represent ECC in community meetings or case management collaborations.

Required

  • Social Work Degree
  • Experience working in human services
  • Driver license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Able to pass a background check without history in the following areas:
    • Active charges or convictions of sexual crimes.
    • Active charges or convictions against children or elderly.
    • Active charges or convictions of a violent offense.
    • Active charges or convictions of a felony offense.

This is classified as a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary and paid time off provided. Work is typically conducted Monday through Friday with a minimum of one evening per week and occasional weekends for organizational events. Full time employees are eligible for these great benefits
