Tradeco Construction is seeking skilled solar journeymen to join our team for projects in Iowa. As a nationwide leader in construction staffing, we offer exciting opportunities for growth and advancement.
Our projects include field-based solar installations working 5-10 hour days. We track and report all electrical hours. We offer competitive pay starting at $34 - $37/hr, as well as per Diem of $120/work day for qualified travelers. In addition, we offer insurance, PTO, and vacation benefits to support our employees' well-being.
