Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage personal injury and civil litigation client files, ensuring all case details are accurately documented and up to date.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress, answering questions, and offering support throughout the legal process.
  • Medical Records Collection: Obtain and organize medical records and bills necessary for case preparation and settlement discussions.
  • Communication: Liaise with insurance company representatives under the attorney’s direction, facilitating negotiations and sharing case information.
  • Document Preparation: Draft letters, legal documents, and correspondence for attorney review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in personal injury case management, civil litigation, or a related legal field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client files and tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance companies, and legal staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing case files, drafting documents, and collecting necessary records.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to assist in client communication.
