As a Master Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, trims, and styling services to clients

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and referrals

• Manage your own schedule, bookings, and client relationships

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards and safety protocols

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

• Pay booth rental fees as agreed upon with salon management

Requirements:

• Valid barber license and certification

• 2+ years of experience as a barber

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own client base

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

• Ability to pay booth rental fees (amount to be discussed with salon management)
