Staff Accountant

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: DOE

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant. This is a full-time position that will support and report to our Accounting Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Journal Entries
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in month-end close process
• Prepare management reports
• Accounts Receivable system management
• Manage Fixed Assets additions and subtractions
• Assist with monthly and yearly audits
• Job Cost Accounting and Reporting
• Other reporting and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience required
• Accounting Degree, CPA-eligible is a plus
• Previous work experience in construction is a plus
