OnTrack Staffing is assisting a company in Flower Mound, TX to filling Assistant Tech positions.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards. Must be able to perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques, as well as operate automated repair equipment (BGA machine). Must have good manual dexterity and attention to detail and maintain a clean organized work station. Computer skills are a must for accurate data entry of completed units. This is a fast-paced, high volume environment and the ability to understand and meet quality standards are a must.

Shift:

  • 1st shift - Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm
  • 2nd shift - Monday - Friday - 3pm to 11:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Must have soldering experience
  • Must have computer skills and accurate data entry
  • fast paced environment
  • good attention to detail
  • manual dexterity
