Medallion Wealth Management, an AssuredPartners company, is looking for an experienced Securities Admin to assist their Pittsburgh area office. In this position, you will provide support services, including administrative tasks, creating and producing documents, and appointment scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and manage documents and meeting materials
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Assist advisors by being the liaison between the client and the custodian
• Open accounts and oversee asset movement as indicated by portfolio manager or financial advisor
• Schedule appointments with new and existing clients
• Answer incoming calls and assist or direct callers as appropriate

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of administrative experience in a securities setting required
• Proficiency with technology and possess the ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess diligence and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
