Under the Carolina Moon in Easley SC is seeking to hire Retail Sales Associates to join our team

As the Gift Boutique Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operations of the store. You will be responsible for creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects the boutique's brand image while fostering a friendly and knowledgeable team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchase decisions.  Make customers feel welcome. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.  
• Set the standard for outstanding customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the boutique's product offerings to assist customers effectively and provide product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with purchasing manager to maintain adequate stock levels of popular products.
• Check customers out using POS
